Black bar under menu after update 2.0

After updating to version 2.0 there is a black bar under the menu, which was not there before (see pic)
The bar is as high as the submenu. Before the update the submenu overlayed the content beneath. Now the content has been moved down and there is that bar,

How do I get rid of it?
