Beginner question about video hosting

Hey all!

So, in the Presentation Highend theme, you have the fullwidth video of what looks like NYC playing on a loop.

I love this and I’d like to use my own MP4 file instead. What are my options?

I noticed your video is linked to your site. Do I simply upload the video to my wordpress media library? Do I need to buy a service like Vimeo Pro? Is there a free option for this simple task?
