Banner not displaying on phone

I am configuring our site with this new theme, and while our banner does correctly display in a regular browser (http://urbancraftuprising.com), it is not displaying when I load the site on my phone.

I’ve uploaded this banner to the “logo” tab of the HighEnd theme settings in the dashboard; is there somewhere else I need to upload it to make it display on mobile devices as well?
