Backup Website – Highend

Hi, I’ve just finished my website and I wanted to check about the back up… I want to ensure that the export feature in Highend Options>Backup settings>export actually backs up the whole website and not just the highend options.

If it doesn’t back the whole thing up, can you please advise me how I might do this?
