background image not showing

I am new to Highend Themes and I can’t figure out the background image feature on pages.
I am able to change the background color but when I choose image, no image shows. It seems so simple yet nothing shows up. The image will show up if I put it in a block, so I know its not a permission issue.

Does anyone know if there is some kind of override code that is blocking it?
Any ideas?

Also is there a way to search this Forum?
