Back up settings

Hi, I’d like to check I’ve done the right thing with the backup settings during a manual demo setup. Your Documentation states at http://documentation.hb-themes.com/highend/#demo-import in the following section
Highend Options Import
Step 1 – Navigate to Highend Options > Backup Settings.
Step 2 – Copy/Paste content from from theme_options.txt file from Theme Options Export folder (previously downloaded from mojo).

I located the .txt file and tried to paste into the Export Options box beneath the Import Options box but there is no option to paste. SO I pasted into the Import options box and hit the Export button beneath the Export Options box which generated some code.

Can you amend the instructions in Step 2 to says something clearer, such as copy from … INTO the Export Options box. Hopefully I have interpreted correctly.

I am hesitant to proceed with my demo install if this is incorrect. I have attached a screenshot of my backup setting page for you to check. I think the import box should be empty and the export box should contain the txt file contents.

I tried to import the demo using the one click demo installer, but it went on for a few hours, so that’s when I decided to do the manual import which was going smoothly until backup setting. Below is the generated export options.
