Auto Responsive Layout

Hi, I have already launched the new version of the Company website with revolution sliders.
However, it seems that our clients are facing problems to see the videos and photos of the Home Page (photos and videos are part of revolution slides) when they access the site via tablet and smart phones.

Could you check it please as they were supposed to work well as they are auto responsive.
