Arranging Category Icons

Im using the Woo commerce category icons on my shop page.

The icons are not arranegd as I wish. I am trying to arrange them according to the settings in the edit of woo category section. I have a drop down list of order by for options. using ID or Menu Order options they change but not according to the list of ID’s in the category menu 🙁

Please can you advise how I can arrange the category icons to be where I want them.
