Appearance > "SIDEBAR Manager" is not showing up when editing blog

I have created my blog using the HIGHEND Theme Blog template and trying to change the SIDEBAR image and elements and there is no SIDEBAR MANAGER option showing up under appearance.

How and where can I edit the template that I can see?

Also, in the CONTACT page under CONTACT INFO – Where do I go to change the default information, I can’t find this anywhere?
