Anchor links covered by header

I’m having an issue linking to sections within a page using anchor links. Here’s an example: https://pianometer.com/support/#Getting_started should have the header “Getting Started” at the top of the page, but that text is apparently hidden under the header, and you have to scroll up to see it.

I’ve searched the help forums and found several other users with the exact same problem. All the users seem to have eventually found a work-around on their own. For example one user experimented around for a couple of hours and created a blank line of a specific pixel height above each section and put the anchor there. I would prefer to avoid futzing around like that with all my anchors, if possible.

Does anybody know a good solution to this problem?
