Alter New Badge E-Commerce in Highend

Hello,

I help run a newly established woocommerce store using the highend theme. Since the site’s inventory is now being put in, all the products have the new badge in the shop pages. Where can I change the logic of when the new badge is displayed. Furthermore, we want to either reword or change the out of stock badge to say coming soon, so where must I look to find the relevant functions or can you offer any suggestions on how I might do that?
