All products are showing out of stock

Hello,

1. I would like if you could help me since suddenly ALL my products are showing out of stock, all of them have a price and checked with stock availability so there’s no reason for this to appear I don’t know if this has something to do with updating the theme.

2. I bought live chat but box is not appearing on the front end, I asked them and they told me it was an issued related to the theme which was not allowing the box to appear.
