Alignment Issue

I’m using Highend Theme and have WP Courseware Plugin as I sell Online Training course. The quiz answer choices are not aligned properly, but when I change to wordpress default theme, it works well. I contacted the WP Courseware Plugin provider (Fly Plugin), but they are saying it needs to fixed by the theme provider, as there could be code conflict.

Attached are the screenshot of the issue in default theme and in Highend Theme. Kindly help me to fix this issue.
