Aegaeus theme – Moved site from Subdomain to main root and certain elements gone

I created a site with WordPress using a subdomain, and upon completion finally transferred it over to our main domain. Using our File manager- took the old Drupal files and moved them elsewhere, while putting the beta site in public_html..

Pull up the page and it looks good at first… but many of the icons used in lists and service boxes are gone, just show up as squares, and some media files broken. I used Velvet Blue to change the URL of pages and files, but there is also absolutely nothing in my media library. Many of the images show up, and I can see them in my site directory, but they aren’t showing in the WordPress Media Library and some of the images are broken.

Has this happened before? Can anyone aide me in solving this?
