Aegaeus Site Title & Site Title Info Boxes

I tried theme options but that did not work. When I messed with content font it affected other stuff. I was not able to enhance the site title and site info title independently. I could make a logo I guess but I wanted to alter the site title and site info title with CSS by making the letters bold, black, Times New Roman, and approximately 20-25px. I will tweak the color and font size until I like what I see. Do you know the custom CSS that would help me do that. Some hover color CSS would be cool too. The title and site info title are so small right now its not funny. Please help when you get a chance, thanks.
