Aegaeus Contact form giving success msg, but no email

I have a contact page on my site and there is a contact form at the bottom. I’m unsure if it is a Contact Form 3 or 7 or something else… or how to determine.

I setup the values under Settings > Email and I’m able to successfully receive a test message from that page. I also set the email address at Settings > General.

On my contact form page, I get a “successful” message, but I never receive an email. When I use the contact form popup (the little “chat” tab that appears at the bottom left of every page), I DO receive an email. (I have the chat feature disabled and have it set to always act as a contact form)

I’ve tried both the “WordPress emails via SMTP” and “PHP mail()” settings without a change.

I’m unsure if this is a Contact Form 3 or Contact Form 7 page, maybe neither? I’m also unsure how to disable this form completely (since I can’t get it to work).
