Admin menus page crash!!

I have posted on another topic but I am afraid you might not see it so decided open topic and call to attention all my issues with this theme, so have installed the child theme as well and the demo and all this issues are without any plugins installed, if i do is worse, the details:

-the theme DOESN’T UPLOAD ANY CHANGES!! SITE IS COMPLETELY FROZEN!!, after 3 days going back and forth to godaddy and manually increasing the response time and wp memory,and acknowledge by godaddy that is correct, I have read countless time all the support out there and installed and re-installed the theme and wordpress so many times, even without the plugins the theme DOESN’T UPLOAD ANY CHANGES!! SITE IS COMPLETELY FROZEN!! The menu is repeated endlessly all over the page, I cannot get passed the idea that I havens even start customizing the theme!!

-the theme doesnt support the menus already created as if i choose to put main menu and footer only, the page goes crazy so how am I supposed to use the theme then?

-on highend options the system diagnostics is frozen because i did solve the problems, made changes in the files through ftp but still no change

-also when trying to access the menus in the admin the page doesnt load and crashes every single time!!
