Adjusting left, right, bottom padding

you earlier gave me a solution regarding padding see below in block quote.
Now I also need the css for reducing padding on the right, left and bottom of the content.

“Add this code to Highend Options > General Settings > Custom CSS:

#main-content { padding-top:20px !important; }

Modify the 20px value to adjust the spacing.
