Additional Page Showing On My Website

I finished creating two pages of my web site (Blue Shamrock Home, and Blue Shamrock Menu) using the Highend default page template. Since I have to have this web site operational by Friday, March 6, 2015 I will add the additional pages in the near future. Thinking my first two pages were ready for Publishing I clicked the link I was required to click when I wanted my web site to go live. To my surprise the home page was not the Blue Shamrock Home, but a “Hello World” page I have never seen. If I provide you with my login information will you delete the “Hello World” page and make my Blue Shamrock Home Page my web site index.html landing page? Or if you think a newby such as myself is capable of performing the task will you provide directions for doing so. Since I cannot find the button to make this a private post I have not included the login information. But time is of the essence for me so I would appreciate your quick reply. Thank you.
