Adding image to the left of the menu bar

Hi,

This is more of a presale question. I usually use highend theme, but this time I need some specific features. If I have positive answers I will buy another theme license.

1st requested and the most important thing is that I need to be able to add image to the left side of the menu bar and submenu items won’t close.

3rd. I know you have tabs and tours, and accordion tools, but they look different what am I searching for. I need to have tables, like specification tables here https://snag.gy/RbrXec.jpg, and when you click on technical details it scroll down.

I know this may require some additional plugins, so if you can suggest some than I will be happy to once again purchase your theme, which I am very satisfied with.
