Adding Client Logos and URLs to Ess. Grid

I am trying to create an ESS Grid that shows my Client logos and when clicked on will direct them to the Client URL. How can I add these? I believe I would need the variable to insert into the Ess. skin but I don’t know how to get it.

Essentially, I need to create a Ess. skin that has HTML such as ‘‘ and I don’t know how to call the icon or url.
