Adding Border Around Images

    In prior versions of WordPress, we use to be able to add a thin white border around our images. Now when we upload a photo, there is no option to do so (unlike before where there was a tab called Advanced Settings). How do we achieve this? Any help/direction appreciated. Thanks!
