Adding Blog Posts with Images to Full Page Image as background

How can I best add the last three blogs of a certain category to show up with a full page image with Parallax enabled as the background? On facingtheblitz.com, I want the post grid that is just below an image of a stadium to show up in the middle section of the section above it (with the stadium as the image but the three post images rotating (last 5 rotating with 3 being shown)?
