add URL link to image banner

I want to add a link to the banner so that it clicks to the new page with the products I’m advertising on the banner… I added 3 buttons under the banner that click to the correct page but the buttons are ugly and i cant figure out how to make them be the same size.

So I would love to have the banner be clickable. Please help
