Add Page Title with Animated arrow – help

Hi
I am trying to create a front page like the attached with the text at the bottom and a little animated arrow. (it is the same as About Us page of scrolling presentation demo) I have set the featured image but can’t get the text up at all. Where do I enter the text? I thought it may be in page title advanced settings? Perhaps you can only add it to a Revolution slider and not featured image?
