Add Google font not included in HIghend

    Where do I insert the links to embed the google font that is not included in Highend?
    For example, Google Fonts provides the following instructions:

    –> To embed your selected fonts into a webpage, copy this code into the <head> of your HTML document.
    STANDARD
    <link href=”https://fonts.googleapis.com/css?family=Spectral&#8221; rel=”stylesheet”>
    Specify in CSS
    Use the following CSS rules to specify these families:
    font-family: ‘Spectral’, serif;

    How do I actually implement these instructions in Highend?
