Add full publish date (with year) to post meta

Hey there,

I would like to display the full publishing date in my post meta information, instead of only the day/month in the grey circle. The date should be attached to the author information, like “Posted by in [category] at [date], see attachment.

Could you please tell me what snippet I have to add to which php file?
