Accent / buttons colour and sidebar text colour

I’m trying to change the colour of the font in my sidebar. It’s currently blue but in the custom colour settings there’s no blue at all — I’ve ben through all the options and can’t see where this is.

I’m also having trouble with the accent colour being the same as the ‘load more posts’ button colour. Because the accent colour is the mousover link colour, but also the same colour as this button, the text disappear when I go to click. Is there a way to change this button colour please?
