Absolute URL after site move

I set custom background images in the page title area for all of the pages, however, this was done on a dev server. The site was moved to launch it live and now all of the title background images still pull from the dev server because the system used absolute urls when setting the image. Is there an easy way to change this to either not use absolute URL or perform some sort of find and replace to swap out dev. with http://www.?

Right now the only option I know of is going into each page and relinking the title background image. It works but, very time intensive with a couple hundred pages.
