About Us Page, Photo display size

If you go to http://monadnockrestorative.org/about/ what I don’t like is how HUGE each team member photo is, but when I try to edit that page, all I get is a bunch of code that never seems to talk about image size for these things on the page! Any help would be much appreciated. When I click on “visual composer” it just spins and never loads (a paid option perhaps?) and when I look at “classic” mode, that’s where there’s a very succinct set of codes that don’t make any sense to me. I did not create this site but have been asked to some updating/editing, and this is hanging me up. Thanks! — Sherman Morrison
