403 Error when trying to Install Plugins- Please Help. :-)

    I am trying to install the plugins below as required by the Highend Theme however, when I try to install, it takes me to the HostGator website where it replies “Error 403 – Forbidden.
    Could you please advise how to obtain these plugins?.

    Visual Composer – Live Drag & Drop Page Builder
    LayerSlider WP
    Revolution Slider
