300×300 thumbnail file is cropped

Hello!
Great job with the highend theme guys! I am trying to build the website using my newly bought theme. All seems to be going smooth, except this part that the product thumbnail images that show on the homepage and in the shop page, are all cropped and miss content on the left and right side. I have broken my head for way too long on this. I have already tried turning off hard crop check box and changing the dimensions here yet it persists. I have regenerated thumbnails after every try too. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, have a great day!
