2 questions, text block and WP bakery pagebuilder

when i edit” explore detail” page with wp bakery pagebuilder ,it won’t open , all white blank ,but other page is good, second question is when i open my website every time, there is aways a textblock come out, says I am text block. Click edit button to change this text. Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, i have to close it every time, how can i delete it? thank you
