2 Column: Image+Text – Alignment

    Hello,
    I have 2 columns
    Column 1 has an image
    Column 2 has text

    Text is not aligned to the images.
    How can I get them aligned?

    I know I can adjust with spacers or with margin settings. But I want to make sure they always align no matter if being viewed via computer/mobile/tablet and so forth.
