Logo and menu are not aligned

    When I just one a website (www.boleynstudio.com) logo is not aligned with navigation (menu), but when i start scrolling on mu sticky menu logo and menus are aliened. The same with any page I open, its not aligned right away, but its aligned on sticky menu. How can I make it always allied (logo should not be above the menu)
