WPBakery Row Settings Not Working

Hello,

I am trying to update a site that I started working with recently at a new employer and I’m stuck due to the row settings not working. I click on the pencil icon to open up ow settings to determine container width or full width for modern edge to edge hero images and I get the spinning wheel of death.

I really need to get this fixed because we are somewhat limited with what we can do with the design of our pages.

Please help! I have the updated version of WPBakery and the most up to date version of WordPress 4.9.6.
