WPBakery Editor Failure

Editor Failure
The WPbakery Editor is radically broken. The current behavior, screen shots in attachment, for the Backend Editor is some what like what is expected and used to be available in the Front End Editor. But even the backend editor is badly degraded in appearance although the functionality appears to be there.
The Front End editor when selected displays only a ghost of a screen with no controls and no tool bars; nothing, just a blank ghost of a screen; no content. WPBakery support contacted with no solution; WP Live support contacted no solution;
Willing to Hire HB consultant to fix it.
