WPBakery Custom Heading Settings (not working)

Hello,

The WPBakery Custom Heading Settings seems not to be working. Specifically in the Custom Heading Settings/Design Options section, after choosing a border color then clicking select, save, and update, the color I’ve chosen does not appear on my site. Further, when I go back to the Design Settings the border color I chose has disappeared and the border color setting has reverted back to its default position.

Please advise.
