wp memory limit

    my hosting is with ipage

    i purchased a theme from the mojo marketplace called highend
    it never loads in wordpress & nobody seems to know why?

    I’m having serious problems with my theme I purchased. I can’t load the theme, system settings should be at 128mb or at least 64 mb. My settings are at 40 mb
    can you help
