WP and PHP update for Devine Theme

Good MorningIn 2014 I installed the Devine Theme, which seems to have no continuity on your page
So far everything has been fine and it has worked without problem, but now, after updating the PHP on the server, WordPress has been updated to the latest version and I find several errors:
The first is that the following warning message appears on the WP desktop:
Warning: count (): Parameter must be an array or an object that implements Countable in /var/www/vhost/closdagon.com/home/html/wp-content/themes/DevineWP/admin/functions/functions.mediauploader.php on line 127
And in a subfolder that I did another installation of the theme to have the page in another language (it was your recommendation because it did not support multilanguage plugins) when accessing the WP desktop it warns me of the following:

Are these errors in the Theme itself? Can they be solved in any way? Do you no longer support DEVINE
