WP 5.3.1 = website not loading anymore – theme plugins out of date?

    The theme doesn’t work, the website doesnt load, when i update to wordpress 5.3.1. Each time the support has to down-grade WP to the earlier version and restore an earlier website version for it to load. Please help… I’d like to upgrade WP but cant..
