WooCommerce Subscription Issue

Hi, my WooCommerce Subscription was working fine until recently. For some reason now the subscription gets dumped when trying to check out, when I contacted WooCommerce, they said it’s a theme conflict, can you help me resolve?

If you try to add to cart with default subscription enabled “Now and Oct 15th each year”(first screenshot)
It adds it to the cart with the error: “A subscription has been removed from your cart. Products and subscriptions can not be purchased at the same time.”
