Woocommerce "sort by" dropdown CSS

Hi Noda,

I have one more for you so I can wrap up this project… I think so anyways lol

I am trying to customize the “sort by” drop down on the /shop page
Here is what I’m seeing

You can see how it has that nasty blue colour border and background on hover and the text is white.
it looks even worse on mobile lol

The hover is like a weird green shade 😐 The border is right…. I think!?

1 I’m curious if it is possible to make the hover background colour be #e5c781 and the hover text colour change to #151820
I couldn’t find the attributes any where

2. I am wondering if you could tell me what the CSS is to make the border #e5c781
