woocommerce shop page loading with hover images covering products

Man, i’ve been having lots of issues the last few days…none of my tickets have been answered. I hope someone jumps on here soon and helps out as im working on a deadline.

Now since the update, my woocommerce shop archive page is loading with the secondary hover images automatically covering my products…as if the cursor is hovering..but its not. The page loads like this on both mobile and desktop.

on desktop, if i move my mouse over it, it will then disappear. It is totally ruining mobile experience and preventing people from seeing the main, primary product images!

Also on mobile (besides very large mobile screens), my product title and price are overlapping. (i have a long product name for a few products). i tried everything i could find on here before creating another topic but nothing worked.
