Woocommerce message about bundled outdated copies

Hi. I just updated my Woocommerce plugin and it is giving me a message saying that there are bundled outdated copies of Woocommerce template files. I’m assuming that this is because these files were part of the theme originally? Can you tell me how do I fix this? I’ve attached a screenshot of the message.
