Widgets.json file not found / widget import on manual install

Hello, I have tried the oneclick main-demo import a couple of times and it fails on Hostgator. So I have went ahead and tried the manual install, however I cant seem to get past the last step as I don’t have the widgets.json file to upload into the app listed for the “widget settings import”. (have tried everything utilizing the forums and internet including resetting wp and trying again a few times).

I have added into the php file. max_execution_time 120
max_input_vars 3000
memory_limit 128M
post_max_size 32M
upload_max_filesize 32M

Check if allow_url_fopen is set to On.

I also added to the wp-config file
define( ‘WP_MEMORY_LIMIT’, ‘128M’ );
set_time_limit(120);

I also went back and tried to import the “main demo” content with the content and attachments checked and unchecked but cannot even import those to get the widgets.json file to upload. I have also tried deactivating plugins and resetting wordpress to make sure I have tried different options.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
