Widgets.json file is missing for High End theme

Hello,

I am following the steps given to install the High End theme.

For the Widgets Import at the bottom of the page, I CANNOT:
1. Access the file to download from step 2.
2. Locate the file on step 4, widgets.json.

Yes, I have already downloaded the theme zip files from Mojo and have looked in every single folder, multiple times. The file is not there.

The Widget Importer/Exporter by Voce Platforms is also not available in the plugins section of WordPress. I tried using another one created by someone else, but they require a .wie file.

Please let me know how to proceed. Thank you.
