Where’s the Fullwidth Section Element

I am new to the Highend Theme and am using YouTube and Highend documentation to help me build my website. However, an HB-Themes suggested Youtube, “Highend WordPress Theme – Create Fullwidth Sections” required the addition of a Fullwidth Section, which I could not find in the Add Element box.

Reading the other Topics, I found I am not alone in this trouble, but their conversation was marked private and the resolution hidden from future readers. Would someone be willing to provide me with a resolution? Additionally, I am updated with all of my themes, widgets, and plugins.
