When I click in like button the CSS don't work

Hello, I published other post about this: https://hb-themes.com/forum/all/topic/when-click-in-a-like-and-refresh-ctrlf5-the-css-not-working/. Now I don’t have installed W3 Total Cache, and the problem persist, the CSS don’t work, when I do click in one or more like button.
