what element can be modified

I am designing a multiple web pages with elements related to my portfolio. I don’t like how the elements look (border, header, icon, button etc…). I’ve tried different element blog post, ess grid but I can’t seem to have control over how I want them to look.

This is the look I want
– a main content box with control over background color and border
– an image or icon on the top or side
– header
– small content area below header
– link for more info – I want control over the design and look

Can you point me to an element in highend? If not then can I pay for design support for someone to help me.

My goal: add an element to multiple page and have control over their text and appears from one location / i.e. portfolio item. any changes I make to text and looks on portfolio element shows up on all other web pages where element is added.
